These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TheZenCFO website and the accounting, compliance, virtual CFO and finance-automation services offered through it ("Services"). By accessing the website, submitting an enquiry, or engaging us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or the Services.

The Services We Provide

TheZenCFO provides professional finance services including bookkeeping and accounting, GST/TDS and income-tax compliance, ROC filings, virtual CFO advisory, and finance automation. The precise scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate written proposal, engagement letter or statement of work agreed between you and us, which — where it conflicts with these Terms — takes precedence for that engagement.

Engagement and Client Responsibilities

To deliver the Services accurately and on time, you agree to:

• ●Nominate a point of contact authorised to give instructions and approvals
• ●Review deliverables and raise queries within agreed timelines
• ●Meet statutory obligations that require your action, signature or authorisation
• ●Ensure the information you supply does not infringe any third-party rights or law

Fees and Payment

Fees are as set out in your proposal or engagement letter and are exclusive of applicable taxes (including GST) unless stated otherwise. Invoices are payable within the period specified on the invoice. Online payments are processed by third-party providers such as Razorpay; we do not collect or store card, PAN or Aadhaar details. We may pause or suspend Services on materially overdue accounts after reasonable notice.

Scope, Estimates and Results

Any timelines, savings, or outcomes discussed are good-faith estimates based on the information available and prevailing law; they are not guarantees. Statutory deadlines, third-party turnaround times, and the completeness of information you provide can affect delivery. Our advice is specific to the facts and period for which it is given and should not be relied upon for other matters without confirmation.

Professional Standards and Independence

Our work is carried out with the professional care and diligence expected of Qualified Chartered Accountants and applicable professional and regulatory standards. Nothing on this website constitutes legal, investment or tax advice tailored to your circumstances until a formal engagement is in place.

Confidentiality

We treat your business and financial information as confidential and use it only to provide the Services, except where disclosure is required by law, regulation, or a competent authority, or is necessary to trusted processors engaged to support delivery. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, graphics, logos, illustrations, templates and software — is owned by or licensed to TheZenCFO and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the notice terms in the relevant engagement letter. On termination, you remain liable for fees for Services rendered up to the termination date. We may suspend or withdraw website access at any time for conduct that breaches these Terms or applicable law.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any dispute-resolution mechanism in your engagement letter, the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect legal, regulatory, or operational changes. Material changes will be posted here with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
